The 3 servo motor axes ensure that bending operations are performed precisely and in a controlled manner. The CNC control infrastructure, which offers precision up to 0.1 mm, provides high dimensional accuracy and repeatable production in different pipe and profile geometries.

Thanks to the SolidWorks compatible programming infrastructure, 3D designs of parts can be easily transferred to the production process. The user-friendly CNC control system offers quick access to manual and automatic operating modes, system diagnostics, program management and multi-language support.

Thanks to the advanced 3D pipe collision simulation, potential collisions are detected and controlled before production, preventing faulty production and time losses. The 3D collision software is offered free of charge.

Our PACK 3-axis 32 CNC pipe bending machine has the under-body clearance required for wheelbarrow bends. Thanks to the large clearance beneath the body, there is no risk of the workpiece hitting the machine body during wheelbarrow bending operations.
